These Epicurean Cutting Boards are made with multiple layers of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified wood fibers, compressed with a food-safe resin. The Epicurean Wood Cutting Board is heat resistant up to 350 degrees F and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and sanitation.
