One side of the reversible 20″ x 14″ x 1″ board features a slight indentation in the center of the board to help keep poultry or roasts from sliding during carving. The other side of the board is flat in the center but also has the juice groove, pooling well, and pour spout. The Pour Spout Maple Carving Board is made in Vermont and finished with a beeswax and mineral oil finish that is easy to refresh and maintain. Hand wash only.
