Designed with less tension to provide greater control with more delicate foods, these tongs are made of 18/8 stainless steel that has been heat-treated for greater spring back so they’ll keep their shape use after use. The inside of the tongs is serrated for a better grip on food, while raised grips on the outside keep them stable in your hand, even with gloves on. These 6.5” tongs are offset to provide precise placement of small ingredients, while the ultra-fine tips are designed for handling the most delicate foods. Use them to place paper-thin slices of sashimi on the plate or sushi roll, to precisely lay edible flowers or gold leaf on a tall dessert, or to make intricate fan or scale designs.
